Founded in 2012, GreenPointe Construction is a family-owned business striving to build long-lasting and trusting relationships throughout the Pacific Northwest.

Our core focus is on providing quality reconstruction, waterproofing, painting, remodeling, and design services for apartment complex owners, condominiums & townhomes, building owners, property managers, capital expenditure managers, and homeowners throughout the Pacific Northwest.

Dan Green, CEO, GreenPointe Construction Inc.

Dan Green, CEO

As CEO, Dan is responsible for the development, field operations, and overall strategic direction of the firm. Dan's experience in the construction industry started over 20 years ago painting houses while attending Oregon State University. With nearly two decades of experience in the industry, Dan has learned the value of strong customer service, recruiting great employees, clear communication with his clients and staff, and maintaining a high standard of quality on every project. Dan's optimism, attention to detail, and endless passion to make our employees and clients happy are the keys to GreenPointe Construction's success. He loves spending time with his wife Jennifer, their two kids, Alexis and Cole, attending sporting events, traveling, and doing Orange Theory.

Jennifer Green, CFO

As the original founding partner of GreenPointe Construction, Jennifer envisioned building a construction company that stood on the foundation of integrity and quality, while hiring and developing only the best team members that know how to do things one way: the right way. Jennifer has over two decades of experience in the construction industry, and nearly two decades of experience as a designer. As CFO, she is in charge of the overall financial direction of the firm. In her free time, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family, wine tasting, yoga and traveling.
