Built in 2006 as a traditional townhome, Parkview Village is a 9-building, 44-Unit townhome community located in Vancouver, WA.

The Problem:
Significant construction defects from original construction, including lack of proper flashing details and major structural issues

Our Solution:
GreenPointe Construction removed and replaced all exterior siding, windows, sliding glass doors, entry roofing, flashed private balconies, & repaired a significant amount of deteriorated framing. The project was completed with an exterior paint job of all 9 buildings.
