The Problem:

Serious structural rot on the decks and breezeways, along with substantial siding and trim rot.

Our Solution:

GreenPointe Construction repaired all rot, adding proper flashing details and waterproofing to ensure the same issues do not reoccur. Completed a full repaint, and applied pedestrian traffic coating systems to the breezeway landings.
