Project Profile:

Built in 1981 as an apartment complex, Sequoia Park is an 11 building, 132 unit condominium community located in Beaverton, OR

The Problem:

Years of deferred maintenance, lack of proper flashing details, and exterior building components that had surpassed their useful lifespan.

Our Solution:

GreenPointe Construction removed and replaced all exterior siding, windows, sliding glass doors, deck railings, and stair treads. The scope also included installing proper roof-to-rake wall flashing, as well as targeted fascia board replacement. The project was completed with exterior paint on all components of 11 buildings and a clubhouse. All components were installed following specific waterproofing installation details provided by an architect. Sequoia Park won Community Associations Institute Association of Year for 2018 for the Oregon Chapter.
