Vista Ridge Condominiums

Project Profile:

Built in the mid-1970s, Vista Ridge is a 10-building, 40-unit condo association located in the Mountain Park area of Lake Oswego, Oregon.

The Problem:

The existing tile roofs were leaking, and the weight of the tiles were causing sagging in the existing rafters. The cantilevered beams supporting the decks and bedrooms were also failing.

The Solution:

GreenPointe Construction installed new Certainteed Presidential composite shingles and recycled the old tiled roofing. GreenPointe Construction removed all 39 existing decks and re-built them with new post and beam structures, and used cedar railing and Trex decking for maximum longevity. Each bedroom was supported with new post and beam construction to prevent future sagging.
